3DPrintMegastore Delivery Policy


To deliver our low prices, we partner directly with manufacturers wherever we can, ensuring there are no distributors or “middlemen” in the chain taking their own commissions. Most orders are sent directly to you by the manufacturer, which reduces our costs so we can pass that saving on to you.


Country of Dispatch

The country of dispatch of every product is listed in “data sheet” tab of the product page, as the last row in the table. The country of dispatch is the location from which the goods are sent and not necessarily the country of origin.


Dispatch time

Orders are shipped only when we receive the payment from the customer and then in turn, the supplier receives the payment so they can process the order. Because of this, goods are usually dispatched within 5-7 business days of your order being received by us.


Estimated Delivery Dates

We use express couriers, such as DHL, FedEx and UPS whenever we can to expedite delivery times. When goods are shipped from Asia (e.g. China), it can take3 – 5 business daysfor you to receive your item within Europe, and up to 10 business days for the Rest of the World. For goods shipped from within Europe, delivery can take 2 – 5 business days within Europe, and up to 10 business days for the Rest of the World.



You are responsible for the import and duty taxes and any other fees associated with importation in your country. Please check the country of dispatch of your desired item, which is listed in “data sheet” tab of the product page for an indication of where the goods are shipped from and what fees may be incurred. Purchasing from 3DPrintMegastore.com indicates that you are fully aware of this and agree to the liability of any further taxes/fees/costs incurred due to the importation of the item. We kindly request you to discuss with your local customs about the applied taxes.  3DPrintMegastore is not liable for costs incurred during importation.


Split Shipments

Multiple quantity orders are usually shipped together. In rare instances, one/some of your items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you asking if you prefer to wait for the item/s to come back in stock so we can ship the order complete, or alternatively, do a split shipment. Please note a split shipment may incur extra shipping costs, which you will be liable for.
