In our tooling box, we have provided free spare parts like white tube, fuse wire, etc. During the warranty period, if any parts fail, we will provide you with free replacement/s.
For refunds, you need to send back the printer machine to us. You can find the details in the link above; which shows the details of Return Process.
Our products come with 1-year warranty. If an issue arises, you can send back the defective parts to repair or replace.
For spare parts, we will consider the value of the parts. Small piece will carry no charge but the customer must pay for the shipment. We will refund the payment as soon as we get all the items.
The warranty period is 1 year and technical support is life-time - our engineer is standing by around the working hours. You can get technical support without delay.
During the warranty, only when the printer has problem and needs spare parts, then we will send the free spare parts to you as long as we confirmed it's mechanical breakdown not user error - receiver covers the shipping cost. When out of the warranty, then we will charge for the replacements.
Refunds - If it's a quality issue, we will change the printer for customers, only if within the first 7 days after the customer buys the printer. If it is not quality problem, then we will reject the unreasonable request.
For all Wanhao printers, there is a 3-month warranty for the whole machine and 1 year for motherboard. For aftersales care, there are two options. GENERAL RETURN POLICY
In case a ZEUS 3D Printer will be returned to the distributor, AIO Robotics may expect the following steps to be done:
(1) Thorough and careful inspection by the distributor
(2) Exchanging broken parts by replacement parts by distributor.*
(3) If ZEUS repair is not successful after (2), distributor will call AIO Robotics to discuss ZEUS problems and receive
(4) If (3) is not successful, AIO Robotics will send a replacement machine free of charge
If the return rate of replacement machine shipments (4) is more than double of the average return rate (of all distributors
we are working with), AIO Robotics reserves the right to terminate the distribution agreement immediately.
However, AIO Robotics is aware that if the return rate is similar and high for every distributor, it is AIO Robotics’ duty to
revise and improve the ZEUS machines.

The guarantee and warranty does not cover any alterations or repairs made by a second or third party. We provide no guaranties on the safety or performance of modified CraftBot 3D printers. We are also not responsible for incorrect voltage being used, environmental conditions (moisture, fire, water, flood, lightning, ext.), or any other form of gross neglect on the customer’s part. If you are unsure about something, ask us about it first. We are also not responsible for damages caused by the use of old information, as we are a forward looking company and information/manuals/users guides and suggestions are continually being updated, as we plan to manufacture and to evolve our products into many future generations as the technology develops. The guarantee and warranty covers critical components only. For example we will not replace a printer because of a perceived blemish in the paintjob. The critical components/replacement parts do not carry a warranty themselves and are only covered in the initial 3-month warranty starting on the purchase date. Components not included in the warranty include: timing belts, linear ball bearings, rods, and the build platform. Moving parts, although of the highest manufactured quality, must be properly maintained, serviced and/or oiled, and the failure to do so will result in progressed wearing and tearing. The heated build platform itself will be subjected to unavoidable scratching and wear upon use. If you wish to order replacement parts, they are available in our online store, or by contacting us personally by telephone or email. There is no warranty issued when CraftBot is used with exotic printing material not personally recommended by us at CraftUnique. Foreign materials can damage the extruder. The warranty also does not cover operating the printer at non-recommended speeds and settings. In the case that a repair is determined to be “outside of the warranty” in which the buyer decides, “must be looked at by the pros”, the buyer will pay the shipping both ways plus the repair costs.
Concerning “unauthorized returns”: returns not pre-authorized will not be eligible for repair, replacement or refund. Do not send it back to us unless you have contacted us first and we have pre-authorized you to do so.
Concerning “Refunds”: A refund is possible only with the CraftBot 3D printer itself and will not be offered for any filaments, or spare parts what so ever. If within two weeks (14 days) after receiving your CraftBot 3D printer you are not completely satisfied, we offer you a refund option. You will pay to have it shipped back, and after we receive it, we will deduct a 10% restocking fee from the total refund of the price of the CraftBot 3D printer (excluding the tax and other fees). There will also be a thorough inspection of the printer, and upon finding any damages deemed on the part of the buyer, other deductions from the refund will be made accordingly. Deductions will be made for any wear perceived to the printer, including scratches. The 14-day period after receiving the printer will be concretely determined in calculation with the FedEx tracking information.
This guarantee and limited warranty are sole and final as they stand in reference to CraftBot, CraftUnique and it’s products where permitted by law. Any implied warranty or fitness is limited to this 3-month (90 day) warranty starting from the date of purchase. CraftUnique waives all liability for any incidental, exemplary, punitive, collateral, indirect, consequential, or special damages. We will determine on sole discretion whether an issue is covered under our warranty or not.

All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
HE3D will refund your purchase amount except Shipping Cost, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.

If your machine has a big problem not because of a quality problem and you want to send it to us to fix, you are liable for the shipping cost. If you don't want to send it to us, we can provide you with free technical support to resolve the issue.
The Builder 3D printers Extruders are warranted only to the original purchaser for a period of three months from the original purchase date (when the Builder 3D Printers are used with the approved filament delivered by Builder 3D Printers, normal use and service and without opening the Builder 3D printer) against defective workmanship and material. The warranty of the extruder system will expire immediately when printing materials which are not delivered/recommended by Code-P West B.V. / Builder 3D Printers. All other parts are warranted for 1 year.

Code-p West B.V. / Builder 3D Printers only accepts returns on a very limited basis. The Builder 3D printer can be send back within 14 days after purchase (invoice date) on your costs and in the original box only when the Builder 3D printer is “unaffected” which means: the Builder 3D printer has not been assembled, powered up, used and only when the product is 100% in new condition.
For non-electronic items we only accept returns when the items are unopened and returned within 14 days after purchase on your costs (invoice date). After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
When returning the Builder 3D printer to Code-P West B.V. / Builder 3D Printers make sure all the accessories/tools of the printer are enclosed. When accessories/tools are missing we can’t accept it as a return. Also send a copy of the invoice as proof of the purchase date. When returned products are damaged during shipping because you did not use the original box all costs of the repair will be on your account.

What is Covered.
Except as stated below, this Product is warranted to the original end-user buyer against any defects in material and workmanship that arise as a result of normal and reasonable use of the Product. This warranty is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases or otherwise obtains the Product from the original end-user buyer.How Long the Warranty Lasts.
Except for the Extruder Module, Heated Bed (Print Bed) and Motor Modules, (i) if the Product is purchased from an Authorized Distributor and the original end-user buyer provides a Product Warranty Card showing the original end-user’s Product purchase date or other written proof of the original end-user’s Product purchase date, the Product is warranted for one year from original end-user’s Product purchase date, (ii) if the Product is purchased from an Authorized Distributor but no proof of the original end-user’s Product purchase date is provided, the Product is warranted for one year from the date of manufacture of the Product, and (iii) if the Product is not purchased from an Authorized Distributor, the Product is warranted for 90 days from the date of manufacture of the Product.
If the Product is purchased from an Authorized Distributor and the original end-user buyer provides a Product Warranty Card showing the original end-user’s Product purchase date or other written proof of the original end-user’s Product purchase date, the Extruder Module, Heated Bed (Print Bed) and Motor Modules are warranted for 90 days from original end-user’s Product purchase date. If the Product is not purchased from an Authorized Distributor or if no proof of the original end-user’s Product purchase date is provided, the Module, Heated Bed (Print Bed) and Motor Modules are warranted for 90 days from the date of manufacture of the Product.
What Is Not Covered.
This warranty covers only those Product defects that arise as a result of normal and reasonable use of the Product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise from: (i) improper maintenance or modification; (ii) use of software, media, parts or supplies not provided by XYZprinting; (iii) operation of the Product outside the Product’s specifications; or (iv) unauthorized modification or misuse of the Product.
No warranty is given with respect to any consumables attached to or provided with the Product (including carton, packing materials, power cords, USB cables, filaments, user manuals and software CD/USB flash drive).
XYZprinting does not perform warranty services outside of the region where you bought the product.
In the event a Product defect is covered by this warranty, XYZprinting will repair or replace the Product at no charge to the end-user, other than any shipping charges as stated below.

If the Product is eligible for warranty service, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address of the service center to which the Product should be shipped for warranty service. When you receive an RMA number, you must ship the Product to the specified service center with the RMA number printed on the shipping label or on the shipping carton. An RMA number is required before you ship the Product for warranty service. If you fail to include an RMA number on the shipping label or the shipping carton, any repair or replacement of the Product could be delayed.
The end-user is responsible for the costs of shipping the Product to the assigned service center for warranty service. If an end-user submits a Product for warranty service within the warranty period, the Product has a Product defect covered by this warranty, and the end-user is located within the continental U.S., XYZprinting will be responsible for the costs of shipping the repaired or replacement Product to the end-user. In alI other cases, the end-user is responsible for the costs of shipping the Product back to XYZprinting. If XYZprinting determines in its sole discretion that the circumstances so warrant, XYZprinting may elect to reimburse the end–user for the end-user’s shipping costs.
XYZprinting ordinarily uses ground shipping for the return of a Product to the end-user after any warranty service. If an end-user requests that the Product be returned by an alternate method of shipment, and XYZprinting agrees to the alternative method, the end-user is responsible for the costs of the shipment by the alternative method.
When providing any warranty service, XYZprinting reserves the right to repair the Product with materials and parts selected by XYZprinting or to replace the Product with another product of the same kind, at the option of XYZprinting. Any replacement product may be new, refurbished, or used, provided that the replacement product has functionality at least equal to that of the Product being replaced. After any repair or replacement, the original warranty period will continue from the end-user’s purchase date without extension or renewal.
XYZprinting may charge the end user for all costs incurred by XYZprinting with respect to a Product submitted for warranty service under any of the following circumstances:
● Misuse: In the case of any defect or damage to the Product caused by incorrect use, improper installation, abnormal wear, physical damage or deformation caused by falls or blows, burnt circuits resulting from action by the user, broken or bent interfaces or pins, or any other defect or physical damage to the product caused by misuse.
● Incompatibility issues: In the case of any problem not directly related to the Product itself, such as a complaint of a conflict with or interference from other electronic equipment, a failure to perform as the user expected, noise from motor operation, printing speed, or odor caused from printing.
● Damage caused by force majeure (such as a lightning strike, fire, earthquake, floods, civil disturbance or war, or any other event beyond human control.)
● Any request for warranty service after expiration of the warranty periods
