Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.


For technical problems please see our Supplier warranty terms page for further details on how to resolve an issue with your item. Some manufacturers take full responsibility for aftercare services and liaison must be with them, not us. We can assist you with this so please contact us.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. This "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must unequivocally inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. 3DPrintMegastore.com will provide a full refund within 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notification. When returning goods, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of postage and packaging. Tracked services are recommended; as we are not liable for damage and/or loss of returned goods; no refund will be given if returned goods are not received within 14 days of informing us. If want to cancel your order but it is in transit, held by customs or at a couriers depot, you must take charge of the goods yourselfand accept unconditionallyeven if this involves paying fees/charges/taxes. It is your responsibility to send back to us to be eligible for refund.

All goods are photographed prior to dispatch to prove they are sent in good condition. If you (or external person/s) damage the goods in an attempt to repair, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund if we have to deduct the cost of further repair/labour/spare parts. You must accept this risk if you decide to try repair the item yourself without consultation with neither the manufacturer nor us. All returned goods must be sent well packaged in the original box. We may reduce your refund amount for damage to the goods.
